Sunday Fitness In The Park
Sundays are a good day to hangout with good people and do a little sweating. The sessions are designed to be enjoyed by all fitness levels and ages. The coach will instruct you on good techniques and how to pace yourself during the workouts, they will also give you scaling and alternative movements if you need these adjustments.
